Are you open to relocating/remote work?

I am open to relocating anywhere in the United States for summer 2025, open to part time remote work or work near Orlando during Spring/Fall.

What is a challenge you faced and overcame?

In the carpool project I worked on, originally my partner had a lack of motivation. I thus gave him generous exit terms, and this helped him decide he wanted to continue. This project and others are at https://projects.brandontnova.com/

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself in a Finance role where I’m actively working with people every day. I imagine a successful career as one where my work actively affects people, and requires me to interact with those people I affect.

Why are you in Finance?

I was originally in sociology (similar enough to psychology) because I wanted to study people. I like people and I feel Finance is the intersection of math (which I’m good at) and people (which are key to making anything).

What is your biggest weakness?

I’m too all over the place, and I start more than I can finish. While I am working to be a more focused person, this is an area I have not mastered and am actively improving on.

How do you prioritize and manage your workload?

I have multiple planning books but the main thing is my white board. I have a “highlight” of a main task I want to accomplish and then I make a ladder of things I want a accomplish with a magnet I move up as I progress.

Ideally I want a percent of the value I realize, but more realistically what the average range is.
